Upon the Petition of EPHRAIM HUGHLETT and ELIZABETH his wife Daughter of THOMAS WINTER late deceased It is Ordered that HANCOCK NICHOLLS who married the Widow and Relict of the said deceased WINTER forthwith deliver and pay unto the said HUGHLETT his said wife's filial part or portion of her deceased Father's Estate with Costs alias Execution.

- the Last Will and Testament of JOHN HARRIS deceased was presented in Court by SARAH HAYNIE and GEORGE BALL his Executors who made oath thereto And being proved by the oaths of HANCOCK NICKLESS and JOSIAS DAMERON witnesses thereto is admitted to record and on the motion of the said SARAH HAYNIE and GEORGE BALL and the performing what is usual in such Cases Certificate is granted them for obtaining a probate thereof in due form.
