      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that Wee HARRY BEVERLEY, JOHN SMITH and GEORGE WORTHAM of County of Middlesex are bound unto MATHEW KEMP, WILLIAM CHURCHHILL, HENRY THACKER and FRANCIS WEEKES Gent Justices for County aforesaid in sume of two thousand pounds Sterling money of England. In Wittness we have sett our hand and seales this 4th day of January 1702
      The Condition of this obligation is such that Whereas Administration of the Estate of ROBERT SMITH Gentl. deced with the Will annexed is by the Justices granted unto said Harry Beverley and ELIZABETH his Wife Now if said Harry Beverley and Elizabeth his Wife shall duly administer upon the said Estate according to Law and render a true and perfect Inventory to next Court and due payment make to 'whoever of right it shall belong and keep harmless said Justices from trouble concerning said Estate that then this obligation to be voyd or else to stand
