      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I JOHN WEBSTER of the County of Rappa; in the Colony of Virginia for divers good causes thereunto moving as also out of the naturall affection I beare unto ELIZABETH COLCLOUGH, Daughter of GEORGE COLCLOUGH late deced, of this County do by these presents give and freely sett over unto the sd ELIZABETH COLCLOUGH and her heires forever Three female catle that is to say one Cow, one two yeare old heifer and one yeare old heifer being all marked as followeth (vizt) a crop in each eare and a slitt in each eare the aforesd. Catle with all theire en crease male and female I give freely unto the sd ELIZABETH COLCLOUGH and her heires forever alwaise provided that whosoever shall have keeping of these Catle for the benefits of the Milke of them and their encrease that if any male Catle be growne to such age or female Catle that it may be knowne profitt to the sd ELIZABETH COLCLOUGH to have them valued and so killed by her Gardian or keeper of the sd Catle and that the sd Gardian or such person as hath the keeping of these Catle do give to me the sd WEBSTER my heirs good securitie for just paymt. for any Catle so killed to be pd. unto the sd ELIZABETH COLCLOUGH when the same shall be required at the years of Dis cretion of the sd COLCLOUGH or her heires In Witness whereof I have sett my hand and seale this fifth day of December 1687
