      -named executor along w/ testator's other two sons William Smallwood Wynn and Hezekiah Wynn and instructed to sell at public vendue all that parcel of land called "Wynn's East and West Littleworth" cont. 143 acres and also the all other adjoining land belonging to testator and also those parcels of land which testator purchased from James Young being part of "Littleworth" and part of "Addition to Littleworth" and part of "Hickory Plain" and also all that parcel of land being the part of "Littleworth" granted to testator for 53 acres and also the several parcels of land leased by Joseph Boannan to testator and leased to testator along w/ Francis Gilbert, John Hawkins Lowe -also to sell at public vendue testator's stock of horses, cattle sheep and hogs and plantation utensils and also 2 stills with the worms and tubs and everything of testator's personal estate except for that devised to widow

      Indenture made June 4, 1763; between John Wynne of one part and Josiah Wynne. Whereas John Wynn, Sr., deceased by his last will and testament in writing bearing date on or about March 21, 1752 amongst other things devised to his 2 sons John Wynne & Josiah Wynne as follows that is to say, Item I give and bequeath unto my loving son John Wynne, Jr., All that part of a tract called "Indian Field" where he now dwells from the Spring Branch on the north side of my now dwelling plantation and his equal part of all my land after the decease of my daughter Ann Wynne he having the one half and my son Josias having the other half; and did likewise further devise as following I give and bequeath unto my loving son Josiah Wynne all that part of a tract of land where he now dwells from the Joy Hill Branch and over the fork to the line of "Friendship" by the walnut trees and at the decease of my daughter Ann Wynne to have one half of my land where I now dwell. And whereas the said John Wynn the testator and Ann Wynne are since dead and the said John Wynne being seized in fee at time of his death of and in the whole tract called "Indian Field" containing by patent 299 acres and whereas John Wynne & Josiah Wynne have agreed upon a division of the tract devised to the said Ann Wynne during her life and have settled the boundaries of such division between themselves; vizt; beginning at a mulberry post standing at the north side of the mouth of a Spring Branch which runs out of Wynne's dwelling plantation into Joy Branch alias Mill Branch and the part that lies on the eastward and southward of the division line to be the property of John Wynne and all that part of this tract lying to the West and North of the said line to be the property of Josias Wynne.       Indenture made February 11, 1769; John Wynn, planter of the one part and John Baynes, Thomas Blacklock, Nathaniel Hatton, Joseph Hatton and Barton Philpott of the other part.
      Whereas Thomas Blacklock did heretofore join in a bond and become security for John Wynn to Benjamin Tasker, Esq. since deceased conditioned for the payment of 107 pounds sterling and interest, to James Wilson for the payment of 100 pounds sterling and interest, and the said John Baynes, Nathaniel Hatton, Joseph Hatton and Barton Philpott did lately joined in a bond with them become security for him the said John Wynn to Samuel Hanson of Charles County, Maryland for the payment of 250 pounds sterling and interest. And they the said John Baynes, Thomas Blacklock, Nathaniel Hatton, Joseph Hatton and Barton Philpott have promised and agreed with John Wynn that they shall and will at any time hereafter during the continuance and force and operation of this indenture at the request of John Wynn become security for him not exceeding 500 pounds sterling in the whole including the aforesaid sums of money due to James Wilson, Samuel Hanson and the estate of the said Benjamin Tasker. Now in order to secure and save harmless and keep indemnified the said John Baynes, Thomas Blacklock, Nathaniel Hatton, Joseph Hatton, and Barton Philpott respectively from the several bonds aforesaid and from all damages costs and charges which they may suffer. This indenture witness that John Wynn in consideration of the premises and the sum of 5 shillings sterling paid by the said John Baynes, Thomas Blacklock, Nathaniel Hatton, Joseph Hatton and Barton Philpott does sell unto them tracts called "Edlens Curtesie" and "Addition to Edlens Curtesie" containing 111 acres; The "Upper and Lower Parts Of Wynns Chance" granted to John Wynn for 103 acres; John Wynn's part of a tract called "Indian Field" as described by a deed of division executed between him and Joshua Wynn on June 4, 1763 containing 310 acres; "Garner's Meadow Resurveyed" (except about 12 acres thereof adjoining to the upper course of Benjamin Cawood's land called "Hull"); also eight Negro slaves; Tom, James, Nace, Peter, Rachel, Sal, Mildred and Toney. To have and to hold the several tracts and slaves provided if John Wynn shall on or before February 11, 1770 well and truly pay satisfy or otherwise discharge the several bonds or security on which John Baynes, Thomas Blacklock, Nathaniel Hatton, Joseph Hatton and Barton Philpott are saved harmless then this present indenture to be null and void.       Indenture tripartite made December 19, 1778; between John Wynn, planter of PGCo of the 1st part, and Smallwood, widow of PGCo of the 2nd part and Thomas Blacklock, planter of PGCo of the 3rd part. Whereas a marriage is intended shortly to be solemnized between Ann Smallwood and John Wynn and that a settlement of upon her part of the estate of John Wynn in case she survives him be made and she being willing to accept the same in lieu and bar of all dower in right she might have in the real estate of him. Now in consideration of the intended marriage and 10 shillings sterling money paid by Thomas Blacklock to John Wynn as a signed a parcel of land containing 3 acres being part of a tract called "Wynns Middle Lott" and beginning on the north side of Stodderts main road and bounded by Timothy's road. The said John Wynn to use during his natural life and after his death to the proper use and behold of the said and Smallwood 3rd her natural life and after her death to the use of the said John Wynn and his heirs. And John Wynn agrees with the said Ann Smallwood and Thomas Blacklock that she and her children by her former husband shall hold and use to their separate use and neither she or their heirs will at any time claim or take any dower or thirds of the estate real and personal of John Wynn after their marriage.
