      IN THE NAME OF GOD Amen. I ROBERT TAYLOR of South farnham Parrish in ye County of Essex being very sick and weak, but of perfect sence & memory thanks be to God, doe now think Fitt to make my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, first, I recommend my selfe into the hands of my Creator trusting and assuredly believing in ye free pardon and forgiveness of all my sins in & through the merits and mediation of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and my body to be desently entered in the Earth at the descretion of my Executors here after named, And as for that worldly Estate it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I dispose of as followeth
      I will that my funeral and other charges and all kind of debts that shall apear justly due to any persons whatsoever from me be duely and truely satisfied out of my Estate by my Executrix here after named
      Item I give and bequeath unto my loveing Wife, HANAH TAYLOR, all my reall and personall moveable and unmoveable, being in what nature soever with the plantation and two hundred acres of land there unto belonging, dureing her naturall life And after her decease it shall go to BENJAMIN COOK and to his heirs & assigns forever
      Item I give & bequeath to THOMAS HUCHISON, the Son of CHARLES HUCHISON, one hundred acres of land out of the land I now live on to have in his possession as soon as he shall come to be of age; but if he should dy before he should come to ye age, then it shall fall to the aforesaid BENJAMIN COOK and to his heirs & assignes forever
      Lastly I doe hereby ordaine & constitute my now loving Wife, HANAH TAYLOR, to be my whole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament revoking & making void all other Will or Wills heretofore made, In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and afiied my seal this 7th day of September 1699

      THIS INDENTURE made this twenty sixt day of November in ye yeare of or: Lord One thousand seven hundred and in the Twelft yeare of the reigne of or: Dread Sovereigne William the third by the grace of God King of Greate Brittain, France and Ireland &c. Betweene Mr. JOHN PRICE of Farnam Parish in Essex County and Collony of Virginia, Chyrurgion, and HANNAH his Wife on the one part and RICHARD TAYLER of the aforesd Pish. & County, Planter, on the other part Witnesseth that the said JOHN PRICE and HANNAH his Wife for diverse good considerations but more especially for the sum of foyer thousand pounds of sweete scented tobo: and cask to them in hand paid or secured to be paid hath granted for themselves their heires and administrators for and dureing the naturall life of HANNAH, his now Wife, a parcel( of land and Plantation being in the aforesaid Pish. of Farnam and County of Essex being formerly the Plantation of ROBERT TAYLER since deceased and bequeathed in his last Will and Testament unto the aforesaid HANNAH, now the Wife of JOHN PRICE, dureing her natural' life conteyning by estimation Three hundred acres of land (more or less) together with all wayes waters and appurtenances to the same belonging and all the rights the said JOHN PRICE and HANNAH his Wife now hath unto the said p:misses To have & to hold unto he said RICHARD TAYLER his heiress and assignes for and dureing the naturall life of the afore mentioned HANNAH now Wife to the aforesaid JOHN PRICE And that he will warrant & defend the said RICHARD TAYLER his heirs and assignes in the quiett and peaceable possession of the above bargained land against all persons vhatseover that shall lay any claim In Witness whereof the said JOHN PRICE & HANNAH is now Wife hath sett their hands and seales

      TO ALL CRESTEN POPELL to whome these pr:sentes shall come Now Know yee that I BENJIMAN COOK of the Parish of SAINT STEVENES in the County of KING & QUEENE for diversies good causes for & in considerasion of the sume of Twenty pounds Starling to me in hand securared to be paid by RICHARD TAYLOR of ye Parish of Farnam in the County of Esix do by these pr:sents sell all my right and estate that I have unto a sarten tract of land containing Three hundred acres unto the abovesd. RICHARD TAYLER his heires & assines forever being in ye County of Esix & in the Parish of Farnum bounded begin in g at a corner red Oake standing on a hill side parteing this land from the sd WILLIAM BALL & JOHN PRISE to a corner Oake, thence North to a corner Wight Oake by a PATH, thence North West to a wife Oake, thence South Easte to the plase whare it first begune which sd land being part of a parsell of Debdent of Five thousand One hundred acres given to Mr. HENRY AWBREY by Paten bearing date the Nineteenth day of March 1677 & by JOHN FRY pr:chased of ye sd AWBREY, Mager GEORGE MORIES & BENJIMAN GOODRICK & by CHARLES WALKER & JOHN SOTHERLAND pursied of the sd JOHN FREY as by Deed of Saille baring date the first day of June 1696 relacion being had will appear & by JOHNATHAN FISHER pr:chased of the said CHARLES WALLKER & JOHN SOTHERLAND ass my appeare by a Deed bearing date the 27 day of Desember 1692 & by the Last Will & Testament of the sd ROBT. TAYLOR baring date the 7 day of Septembr: 1699 , two hundred acres of the abovesd. land with the houseing & plantation is given to me the sd BENJIMAN COOKE after the death of his Wife, HANNAH TAYLER & my heires forever & the other hundred acres of land given to THOMAS HUGHESON, the Sone of CHARLES HUGHESON for him to take possession of it when he shall come of age & if he sholide dey before he doth come to age then it lise to me & my heires forever To have and to hold all my rite that I have in reversion unto ye abovesd. Three hundred acres of land to ocepy and peasabelley possese & ingoye wth: all woods all waters & all other the appurtenances belongs & fuder I the said BENJIMAN COOKE do declare that at the delivery of these pr;sentes he hath full pwoer to make sealle of ye same and fuder I doe binde & oblege my selfe my hares to save harmless the sd RICHD.       Greetings in or: Lord God everlasting; Know ye that on the fourth day of July Ano Dom 1705, Administration of all & singular chattles rights and credits which were John (? Coultee) {sic Cobb} late of Prince George's County Maryland, at the time of his death, who dyed intestate (as it was said) was by one deputy Comissary of Prince George County Aforesaid in due form of law granted and committed unto Alexander (DEHEINE) {sic Alexander Dehinoyossa} late of the same place, Innholder, an the same Alexander was then by our accustomed letter of administration this of which granted and constituted ordained and appointed admr of all the sd goods and chattles. In Testimony whereof the seale of our Progative Court for Probate of wills granting administration within our sd province of Maryland unto these letters affixed, witness our trusty and well beloved John Coulee Esqr. our Cheife Judge and Commisary Genll for Probate of wills and granting administration wth: in our sd province at ye town and port of Annapolis this 13th day of April in the seaventh year of or: Reigne &c.
