Howell, George, of St. Stephen's Parish
W. W. 27 April 1727---W. P. 19 March 1728/9
Daughter Mary Howell-all my land it being the plantation whereon I now live, to her and the heirs of her body lawfully begotten, and for want of such heirs the land to go to my nephew Nathaniel Webster and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten, and for want of such heirs to the heir at law.
Wife Elizabeth Howell-all my land during her widowhood-
Daughter Mary Howell-one bed and furniture as good as any I now have, to be paid her at day of marriage.
If Elizabeth Webster remains in the service of my wife or child till she arrives to the age of eighteen years, she is to have one cow and calf and a suit of cloaths.
Rest of my estate to be divided equally between my wife Elizabeth Howell, and my daughter Mary Howell, and my said daughter to receive her estate on her day of marriage or when she arrives to th age of eighteen years.
My child to have suitable learning out of my estate.
