KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that wee SUSANNA AYRES, JOHN TOONE and SAMLL. SAMFORD of County of Richmond are held and firmly bound unto the Worshipfull his Maties: Justices of the Peace for said County in the full & just sume of One hundred pounds Sterl, to the which payment well & truly to be made wee bind our selves our heirs firmly by these presents; Sealed with our Seales & dated the 4th day of Febry, 1719
THE CONDITION of this Obligation is such that if the above bound SUSANNA AIRES, Admrx, of all the goods chattles & creditts of ROBT. AIRES, deced., do make or cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of all the goods chattles and creditts of sd. deced., and doe exhibit into the County Court of Richmond at such time as she shall be thereto required by said Court; and the same goods chattles and creditts doe well and truly administer according to Law, And further doe make a just and true Acct., of her actings and doings therein when thereto required by said Court; and pay unto such persons as the Justices by their order or Judgment may direct according to Law in that case made and provided; And if it shall hereafter appear that any Last Will & Testament was made by sde, deceased, and the Exr. or Exrs. therein named doe exhibitt the same in Court makeing request to have it allowed and approved, accordingly, if said SUSANNA AIRES being thereunto required doe render & deliver up her Letters of Admon., approbation of such Testament being first had and made in said Court; That then this Obligation to be void and of none effect, otherwise to remaine in full force & virtue Signed Sealed & Deld. in the presence of ANN AIRES, SAMUELL SAMFORD and JOHN TOONE, and ordered to be recorded
