Upon the petition of James Jones that Wm.. Hollingsworth hath absented himselfe from the justice of this County and therefore he by attachment duly secured hath secured in the hands of Mr. William Hardwick and Mr. Edward Frankling such sommes of tobacco as were due from them to Hollingsworth, the Court doth order, the quantity of rum specified in one engagement 13 May 1680, being one quartercask of rum, to be delivered to, James Jones, but noe more.
