      sons Lambert and Charles and their hrs., lands adj. to pt. bequeathed son William (for desc. see will), to be divided bet. them when son Charles arrives at age of 21; grist and saw mill; 10 A. bout. by father from Mrs. Burman.
      To dau. Dorcas and hrs., lot No. 8 in Chestertown; she dying before age of 21 or without issue to pass to dau. Mary and hrs.
