To dau. Dorcas and hrs., lot No. 8 in Chestertown; she dying before age of 21 or without issue to pass to dau. Mary and hrs.
To dau. Mary and hrs., residue of lot No. 7, also the water lot No. 18; sd. dau. dying before age of 21, or without issue, to pass to dau. Margaret and hrs.
dau. Margaret and hrs., lot No. 25 and 26 on the bank, point of land. where William Wilson lives, from the town line to the gutt, also all the marsh adj. as high up as Thomas Rouse's lot, and 50 ft. of firm land; sd. dam dying before age of 21 without issue to pass to son Simon and hrs.
