To dau. Dorcas and hrs., lot No. 8 in Chestertown; she dying before age of 21 or without issue to pass to dau. Mary and hrs.
To dau. Mary and hrs., residue of lot No. 7, also the water lot No. 18; sd. dau. dying before age of 21, or without issue, to pass to dau. Margaret and hrs.
