      THIS INDENTURE made the fifth day of December one thousand seven hundred and seventy seven Between DANIEL LOVELL and ELIZA: his Wife of the Parish of CAMDEN in County of PITTSYLVANIA of one part and AARON WEBB of Parish of DRISDALE in County of CAROLINE of other part; Witnesseth that DANIEL LOVELL and ELIZA: his Wife for sum of Fifty pounds current money of Virginia in hand paid by these presents doth bargain and sell unto AARON WEBB & to his heirs all that parcel of land situate in Parish of Hanover and County of King George containing by estimation One hundred and fifty acres more or less and bounded, Beginning on the line of MOSES PITMAN, thence along the said PITMANs line to lines of Capt. SAMUEL OLDHAM, thence along the lines of said OLDHAMs Land to the line of WILLIAM DODGIN, thence along the lines of said DODGIN to the line of DANIEL RIDING, deced., thence along the said RIDINGs lines to the beginning, it being the property of SAMUEL MOON deced., and all houses profits and advantages to the same belonging; To have and to hold the land and premises unto AARON WEBB his heirs and DANIEL LOVELL &ELIZA: his Wife for themselves their heirs doth agree with AARON WEBB his heirs that they will well and truly defend the land unto AARON WEBB his heirs against themselves and their heirs; In Witness whereof the said DANIEL LOVELL and ELIZA: his Wife hath to this Indenture set their hands & seals the day month and year first before written
