I, Elizabeth Nutting of The Parish of Charles, in the County of York, Widow,
To my Loving Grandson, Robert Armistead, son of Robert and his Wife Catherine Armistead, All the Tract of Land whereon I now Live.
To my Grandson Booth Armistead, my negro boy Caesar, and Negro Wench Rachel.
To ELIZABETH ROGERS, DAUGHTER OF ADDUSTON AND CATHERINE ROGERS, my Negro Phyllis.
To My GRANDSON WILLIAM LOWRY, my Negro Man Paul.
To my Grandaughter Angelica Armistead, my Negro Child Tom.
To Robert Armistead my Grandson, aforesaid my Silver Tankard.
To ELIZABETH GOODWIN, CATHERINE ROGERS, AND MARY BROWN, To be equally divided between them-----?.
To my aforesaid GRANDAUGHTER ELIZABETH GOODWYN, my sealskin trunk.
To all orphaned Children and Grandchildren, which are now under the age of 14, 20 Pounds Each, excepting my Great Grand Children, RICHARD SCANTLER, To whom I give my half pint Silver Can.
To My GRANDSON THOMAS DOSWELL, on Cow and Calf, one featherbed and quilt, when of age,
To my GRANDSON EDWARD DOSWELL, 20 Pounds.
To my GRANDAUGHTER ELIZABETH MOORE, my Black Scarf and Hood.
To the youngest son Lately Born to William Lowry and Jane, his wife, my Silver Pint Can, on Condition he be Christened Thomas Nutting Lowry, But otherwise I give said Silver Can to my Grandson Booth Armistead. Residue to my Loving Daughter Catherine Armistead, for the use and benefit of her three children, Booth, Robert and Angelica. To Elizabeth Lowry my Negro Boy Jemming.
To Frances Armistead, daughter of Ellyson Armistead, 20 Pounds.
Catherine Armistead is my Sole Executor,
