      To six of my sons: MacClan, Jabez, Enoch, Ephraim, Elijah and Samuel, all land that I am now possessed with, 545 A., being pt. of tract called "Athol," 100 A. being pt. of tract called "Hector's Hoppyard," which 2 tracts contain 645 A., in Baltimore Co. Being my desire that no pt. of said 645 A. of land be sold to any stranger by any or all of my sons; but yet, my sons may buy and sell off to each other the said 645 A. to be divided in 6 equal pts. in quantity.
      To eld. son John Bayly, sum of 10 lbs. sterl., or a warrant for 200 A. to be paid him by and at the choice of my exs., hereafter named.
      To 6 sons: Maclan, Jabez, Enoch, Ephraim, Elijah and Samuel, my 2 daus. Kerenhappuck Hamilton and Sarah Bailey, personal estate of what nature and kind soever, to be equally divided between the said eight of my children.
