      Bill of Sale. I, Robert Riddle of PG, planter, for 30 £, sell to John Hepburn, Esq of PG, Gent, 2 cows, 3 sheep, 1 horse, 2 mares, and 3 beds. If, however, I pay sd Hepburn 30 £with legal interest by May 1, 1744, then this present bill of sale shall cease.
