      I, John Chunn Sr of CC, planter, for the natural love I have for my son, Andrew Chunn, and also in respect for the many and long continued acts of filial obedience & services of my sd son and other good causes, I have given Andrew all my personal estate. Sd Andrew Chunn promises to find and allow myself and my wife, Muriel Chunn, a good and decent maintenance during our natural lives out of my sd estate, with liberty to make use of _pact the rest toward the supply of the necessities. If sd Andrew should depart from [this agreement], then the use and property of the premises to revert to me, sd Jno Chunn Sr. Signed Mar 13, 1731. Signed - John (C his mark) Chunn.
