Son: Henry Brome, the dwelling plantation where I live except what is mentioned below and part of two other tracts called "Parnassus" and "Punk Neck" beginning at Bowman's line to the bound post of "Delabrooke Manor." He is to also have a two-year-old colt named Zachariah.
Daughters: Dorothy Brome, Dorcas Brome and Ann Brome, all of my other lands with the liberty of getting rail timber from the land devised to my son, Henry Brome. to support that line adjoining him where Thomas Dart now lives.
Daughter: Dorcas Brome, my riding horse and a three-year-old mare colt named Bet Bounce for compensation for 20 pounds current money left her by her grandmother.
Daughter: Dorothy Brome, a horse named Hederally and a small colt named Rosetta. Daughter: Ann Brome. a three-year-old colt named Yeowick.
Children: Henry Brome. Dorothy Brome. Dorcas Brome and Ann Brome. the balance of my personal estate equally divided. My daughters are to have their maiden lives on the plantation where I now live until my son, Henry Brome, arrives at the age of 21.
All of my children are to work together to pay for Henry's school and boarding as long as he goes to school. My daughters are not to pay Henry any rent.
Daughter: Mrs. Morton, a young mare colt one-year-old next spring.

To son John Hooper Broome, 3 tracts whereon Thomas Bromes of Calvert Co. now lives, one called Young's Alliant, another Hope Range, and the other, Hop At A Venture.
To son Hooper Brome, all 3 tracts lying in Calvert Co., where John Evans and John Cullember now live.
To son Thomas Brome, that tract whereon I now live.
Son-in-law John Hooper, be discharged of money he owes me. To son-in-law Mathew Travers, a gold ring, having given him what I intended.
To son Jno. Hodges Broome, 150 lbs. sterl., that George Maxwell owes me.
To wife Dorcas Brome,
Balance of estate equally between my 6 children: Sarah, Mary, Elizabeth, Thomas, Hooper and Nancy.
