Unto my well beloved son John Marston that plantation of land whereon he now dwelleth as long as he liveth and his wife so long as she shall keep a widow.
Unto my son John my riding sadle and bouats and William Spencer doing according to law. I bind my son to stand half my debts and to help to se me decently buried.
