      At the request of Hatch Dent of John and Alexander Dent, the following Deed was recorded January 7, 1811
      Indenture made November 19, 1810; Margaret Watson and Thomas Watson of Monongalia County, Virginia heirs of Ann Watson whose maiden name was Ann Dyson and who first intermarried with Henry Swan late of CC deceased and then to James G. Watson formerly of CC and now of Monongalia County, Virginia in consideration of $50 current money of the United States of America paid by Hatch Dent of John and Alexander Dent have sold all their rights to tracts of land in CC called "Oneales Desert" and "Dyson's Addition.
