      - At a Court held for Lancaster County on Wednesday the 10th day of March 1735
      - ROGERS, JOHN &c.
      On the prayer of JOHN ROGERS and ELIZABETH ROGERS, Orphans of WILLIAM ROGERS, deced., THOMAS FLINT is appointed their Guardian, Capt. WILLIAM BALL becoming Security for said Guardianship who enter into recotgnizance in the sume of two hundred pounds current money of Virginia to ye Justices of this Court that the Orphans shall be fully and justly paid what Estate or Estates shall become due to them when they come to age, and it is ordered THOMAS be forthwith possest of ye Estates of the Orphans and exhibit an Account thereof to the next Court
