On 17 Sep 1728, Elizabeth Rogers, of White Chapple in Lancaster Co.,
VA, being very sick, made her Will. I give to my son, Wm. Dodson one mare &
colt. To my dau., Ann Rogers, all that part of my Estate I am possessed of with
that was belonging to my late husband, William Rogers. To Thomas Young,
Robert Young, and Ruben Young, each 1 shilling. To Charles Dodson 1
shilling. I appoint my loving son, Thomas Young, my sole Exec. Wits.: Abrm.

Robert Young, of Lancaster Co., VA, planter, leases to James Ball, Gent., of the afsd. place, for 5 shillings, for a parcel of land, being 50 a., in St. Mary's White Chapple, Lancaster Co., VA, adjoining Marattico Mill and beg. at a point at the head of Marattico Creek a little below the mill and then along the creeke. to another point, then a few more courses to the beg., and which land was given to Robert Young by the Will of his father, Thomas Young, and the sd. James Ball may be now in possession of the sd. land under transferring uses into possessions.
