Pages 164-65. Will of Robert Daniell of Middlesex County, being sick and weak in body, dated 23 Nov. 1720.
All the plantation and tract of land whereon I now live to my two sons Robert and James Daniell to be equally divided, my son Robert to have his first choice. If either of them dye, to the survivor.
All that my plantation and tract of land at Jamacca unto my two other sons Henry and Garrett Daniell to be
equally divided, Henry to have his first choice. If either dye, to the survivor.
Unto my daughter Jane Seager my lott at Urbanna.
Unto my son Robert Daniell one Negro girl Frank, and cows and calves.
Unto my daughter Jane Segar one Negro boy Mingo.
Unto my son Harry Daniell one Negro Ben.
Unto my son Garrett Daniell, Negro man Jack when he shall attain to the age of one and twenty years.
