      Will of William Daniell, dated 27 Feb. 1722.
      Unto my son Willm. Daniell my plantation with the track of land I live on, and for want of heirs to Eliz.,
      Sarah, Mary, Ann and Agatha Daniell my daughters.
      Unto my son Willm. Daniell my brandy still and a table and carpitt belonging to it.
      Unto my sons Mosely, John, Robeart, Obadiah Daniell all my track of Jemeco land equally, and for want of heirs to my daughters.
      Unto my daughter Elizt. Daniell a young Negro boy Ben.
      Unto my daughter Sarah Daniell my feather bed that I lye upon with all the furniture and L 3 sterling to buy her a suit of cloths.
      Unto Mosely and John Daniell a feather bead that stands in the closit with the furniture.
      Unto Elizt., Mary, Ann and Agatha Daniell two feather beds and furniture, the one a trundel bed, the other at Jemeco.

      My three youngest daughters Mary, Ann and Agatha Daniell live at Jemeco upon their brothers' plantations till they are marry'd and their Negro wench that their unkle John Moseley byes for them to have ground to work upon to make cropes for their maintenance with the help of their brother.
      All the rest of my whole personal estate to be equally divided among my seven children Mosely, John, Robeart, Obadiah, Mary, Ann and Agatha Daniell.
      None of my estate be appraised but my children have it to live upon.
      My sons William, John, Robeart and Obadiah Daniell executors.
