      Acton (Richard Acton) 8/11/1658 - 100/107 acres. LQ/117 SR7345.
      Know yee that we for and in consideration that Thomas Todd transported one able
      bodied servant into this Province here to inhabit and upon such conditions and terms as
      are exprefsed in our Conditions of Plantation of this our Province of Maryland, wee doe
      hereby grant unto Richard Acton, Carpenter, the afsignee (as appears on record) of
      Thomas Todd all that parcel of land lying on the west side of Chesapeake Bay near the
      River Seavern beginning at the mouth of a branch of Todd's Creek. Note: The tract is not
      named in this patent and is identified only as, "Land of Richrd Acton. "Another tract
      named Acton (300 acres) was laid out for Richard Acton in Talbott County on 4/29/1665
      (L9/106 SR7351). The two final deed courses lack distance and direction. These were
      approximated using the dimensions of adjoining tracts.
