Notes - On 10 Jun 1681 John Hawkins, Gent, and his wife Frances, conv. to Hon. Vincent Lowe power of attorney: Whereas John Grose of Anne Arundel by his last will and testament dated 4 Dec 1675 did devise to (sister) Frances, now wife of John Hawkins by name of Frances Grose, 250 a. in Miles River, TA Co, on Fausley Branch, called Fausley. Hawkins and Lowe convey to Michael Turbutt and Sarah his wife for the term of her (Sarah's) natural life and afterwards to her heirs. (TALR 4:46)
