ELIZABETH LOWE, 110 A. being pt. of "Grafton's Manor," lying bet. the head of Grace Creek and William Web Haddaway's; and I further give to sd. dau., 50 A. called Haddaway's Lott" bet. the creek and Wm. Web Haddaway's, which sd. parcel of land remain to her and hrs., and if she die without issue, my dau. ESTHER LOWE, shall have and enjoy sd. lands.
      If my dau. ELIZABETH lives to age 18, to take the land I have bequeathed her, but prior to that time, same to remain with her mother, my son JAMES LOWE.
