      To wife Ann Galloway, 1/3 pt. of estate.
      To dau. Ann, other 2/3 of estate, but if sd. dau. die before of age, then I give to nephew Samuel Galloway, tracts near West River, adjoining plantation where I live, which were devised to me by the last will of my father.
      If sd. dau. shd. die before of age 16, then I give to nephew Joseph Galloway, son of bro. John, all the land which I bought of Jacob Dunadaway, being pt. of tract called "Dort"; 2 other tracts I bought of bro. Peter, one called "Favour Indeed,' the other called "Bonnerton, all of which at decease of wife, I give sd. Joseph Galloway.
      If dau. shd. die without hrs., I give nephew Joseph Galloway, son of bro. Peter, lands near head of South River, being pt. of 2 tracts "Mate Hall,' the other What You Will."
      If dau. shd. die without hrs., then I give my son "John Thomas," son of friend Philip Thomas), tract which I bought of Nathan Rigbye, called "Brownton"; also tract adjoining, at decease of wife.
      If dau. shd. die, then I give unto Samuel Robertson, tract I bought of Thomas Bond called Good Will," which land he is to have Immediately after the death of my dau.
      Wife to have whole use of the estate during life; personal estate, at her decease, to dau. and the following persons:
      Nephews: Samauel Galloway, his bro. Joseph Galloway, Doctor Richard Johns, Joseph Cowman, Jr., John Thomas above named, his bro. Philip Thomas, Susanna, wife of Rumsey Johns, and their respective hrs.
      In respect I have to Mary Plummer, sister of wife, I remit to her the sums due and owing me from her: 11 pounds, 3 s. and 6 pence, current money, and 25 pounds sterl, 19 pounds, 11 s. sterl., which sums became due to me from her late husband, also 7 pounds, 6 s., due on her proper account.
      Shd. wife die before dau. is of age, desire friend Philip Thomas, to take the charge of her and to care of her estate. Wife, extx.
