      To wife Mary, some slaves.
      To eldest sons, viz: Thomas, John, James, Samuel and Elisha Riggs, tract called Bordley's Choice, lying in Frederick Co., to be divided amongst them according to the division made between them by Robert Davis in January, 1758; if either of my sons Samuel or Elisha Riggs, or both of them shd. die before they are age 21, desire their land be equally divided among the surviving bros. of the 5 mentioned.
      To son Amon Riggs, tract whereon I now dwell called Rich Neck; tract adjoining called Riggs' Hills.
