Bequest to the poor.
To wife Susanna Chamberlaine and son Thomas, estate. (That in case another child is born of our marriage, estate shall be equally divided between son Thomas and such other child.)
To wife all moneys and every other matter and thing in the estates of her father George Robins, her bro. Thomas Robins, and her sister Elizabeth Robins, dec'd., to which I have right or claim in virtue of our marriage, or which might be claimed as my estate; stocks of cattle and etc.; rents issues and profits of all lands for 5 years.
To bro. James Lloyd Chamberlaine, plantation purchased of William Webb, being pt. of tract, 'Rooky Nook Rocky ; 'Nook Addition"; York Shire ; plantation composed of pts. of land called Ealon's Addition, and 'Lots Corner,' as afsd. to him, sd. James Lloyd Chamberlaine.
To bro. Samuel Chamberlaine, tract called 'Chesnut Ridge," and lots in town of Oxford; tracts called "Barnes Stable, and Peter's Lots,' improved in Dorchester Co., lying contiguous to sisters Anne Earle and Henrietta Maria Nicols, (except 24 A. of
Peter's Lot Improved," to be conveyed for reasonable price to Francis Dean of Dorchester Co., on easternmost pt. of his dwelling plantation, to hold to sd. sister.)
In case of failure of issue of my body, afsd., equally divided and to their hrs. in severalty.
Residue of personal estate on failure of my issue, to bros. James Lloyd and Samuel Chamberlaine, and sisters Anne Earle and Henrietta Maria Nichols, to be equally divided between them, or the representatives of them.
