Jun 18, 1750 from Henry Davis of CC, planter, to Edward Davis of CC, planter, for 5000 lbs of tobacco, part of that tract of land in CC called Davis' Hazard, bounded by the fork of the Mill Branch, containing 60 acres in CC, 10 acres added to the 60 being of the same name as above mentioned, bounded by the head of a branch between the plantation of sd Henry Davis and Richard Davis, the land formerly given to sd Henry Davis, laid out for about 10 acres.
