      Wife Mary Woodward, to sell my land at public auction, which I purchased of Benj. Tasker, Jr., Esq., dec'd, called Vineyard, which lands adjoin lands conveyed to me by sisters Mary and Elizabeth Woodward; all that my house in Annapolis wherein uncle William Woodward now lives, lands occupied therewith or belonging to same, or which adjoin sd. house.
      I desire my breed of English horses be sold in as short a time, after my decease, as convenient.
      Whereas I have lately advanced very great sums of money to Charles Homewood on a mortgage of his lands, and to raise that money have been obliged to take up considerable sums which remain unpaid and far raising money to pay the same.
      I have directed the sale of sundry lands, which mortgage as my family are now circumstanced, would be equitably and justly divided between 4 daus.
      Devise that in case wife shd. have a son by me, that all lands mortgaged or conveyed to me by Charles Homewood, shall go to him.
