Indenture made March 8, 1757; Peter Mills and William Mills of St. Mary's County, Maryland, planters, in consideration 13000 pounds of tobacco and 5 pounds current money of Virginia paid by Thomas Henson Marshall of PGCo, gentleman has sold a tract called "Red Bud Thickett" containing 113 acres lying in PGCo beginning in the west south west line of Joseph Marshall's land then to John Fendall's land.
