      Nov 2, 1748 from John Jones (son of John Jones who was son and heir to Moses Jones who, in company with William Hutcherson, were the first patentees) of PG, planter, to Catherine Plafay of PG, innholder, for 76 £18 shillings and 3 pence sterling money of Great Britain, all that part of a tract of land called Hazard, lying in PG, beginning at a locust post standing in the Main Road that leads from Quandoes old fields to Piscataway Town and at the end of the 1st line of sd tract, then west with the original line to the Main Road that leads from Mattawoman Fresh to the afd Piscataway Town, then up sd road, then up the Main Road that leads from sd Piscataway Town to Quandoes old Fields, containing about 71% acres. Also part of one other tract of land called Partnership, beginning at a locust post standing in the Main Road that leads from Quandoes old Fields to Piscataway Town, then to a tract of land called Wades Adventure, then to the afd Main Road, then down the sd Road, containing about 3 acres.
