      p.17. Will of John Sibsey of Elizabeth River in the County of Lower Norfolk, gent. Dated 15 July 1652. Ordered to be Recorded 16 Aug 1652. Land called Craney Point, now in the possession of Robert Woody to be sold for payment of debts "suddenly after my decease".

(Calendar Vol. I, Page 155) In Charles County on 2 Aug 1666 one Richard Pinner recorded the mark of his cattle that he had "brought out of Virginia." and on 10 Apr 1667 in Provincial Court, Robert Slye sued George ATTKINS [ATKINS] "who maryed the Relict of Richard Pinner defendant," alleging that "the said Defendt having an Estate in Virginia is gone thither to possess the same and to live by it by which meanes the plt: is remediless to sue for his Just right..."
