Executor empowered to sell 2500 A. of manor of "Great Eltonhead" for benefit of estate, and to make over to dau. in-law Elizabeth Bourne plantation 500 A., on which she lives during life; at her decease same to pass to child. of Samuell Bourne.
To sons Benjamin and Jesse Jacob, residue of "Great Eltonhead" and all personalty.
Son Jesse Jacob to be specially cared for by ex.
