Whereas it appears to this Court by bill under the hand and seal of Mr. RICHARD FARRINGTON, deceased, dated May 8,1689 that the said Mr. FARRINGTON in his lifetime stood indebted to Mrs. ANNE CHOWNING the sum of fifteen hundred pounds of tobacco and cask and the said Mrs. CHOWNING having made oath that she never received any satisfaction for the said debt, Judgment is therefore granted the said Mrs. CHOWNING against the said Estate for the payment of five hundred and thirty six pounds of tobacco and cask in the hands of JOHN LUNCE, three hundred and one pounds of tobacco in the hands of SAMUEL MAHEN, three hundred and five pounds of tobacco in the hands of RICHARD LATTEMORE, one hundred and sixty two pounds of tobacco in the hands of ISAAC JESSOP, ninety pounds of tobacco in the hands of THOMAS WILLIAMS, and seventy pounds of tobacco in Mr. THOMAS FERNE's hands, and ordered that each said respective person pay the said sum in their hands expressly unto the said Mrs. ANNE CHOWNING alias execution.
