I visited the home that Lucinda Hawley Harris lived in in Kensington, London, England a few years ago. She lived there with her daughter after her husband passed. Lucinda Hawley, daughter of Barton D. Hawley, husband was Chapin Harris founded the University of Maryland dental school in Baltimore.

The Heath family was one of the New Jersey families that came down to Loudoun Co., Va.to settle. I personally am not familiar with White Chimneys and my ancestor John Hawley built a home in Loudoun County, Va. which still stands on Bull Run Post Office Road in 1779. My John Hawley was Barton's father. I descend from Barton's brother Abraham Hawley who moved to Albemarle Co., Va. and purchased a lime kiln from Mr. Thomas Jefferson.

The Heaths and the Hawleys were farmers in Loudoun Co., Va. The original 198 acres the Hawley house was built on still in intact today. I wonder if there is any proof that Catherine Heath, daughter of Andrew Health, descends from the Archbishop of York?

BTY The Downs in the 9th district of Charles County (Md) spell the name Downs and John Hawley b. 1755 m. Mary Ann Downs. Her brother Zachariah Downs who fought in the Revolutionary War is buried on Ft. Meade, Maryland. They all spelled the name Downs.
