To eldest son Leonard Greene 100 a., pt of "Phinix's Mannor," St. Mary's County, also 75 a. of "Greens Inheritance," Charles Co.
Remaining pt. of "Greens inheritance," 100 a. pt of St. Mathews and 18 a. called the Mount, all lyinq in Charles Co. to be divided among son Robert Green, bro. Cuthbart Green and bro. Francis Green.
Personalty to my sons Leonard Green and Robert Green and daus Martha Green and Mary Anne Sewell Green.

Jan. 1761 - In the matter of the estate of her brother Leonard Green, Jr., Teresia Milstead champions the cause of her brother's 4 orphans and at her request citations were issued against Jesse Doyne and Jane Doyne, the then administrators, concerning the concealment of effect belonging to the estate of Leonard Green. In Mar. 1762, Teresia Milstead, the guardian to Benedict Leonard Doyne Green and Robert Green, requested that the wardship be granted to Thomas and Daniel McPherson and reported that the orphans were seized of 100 acres of "St. Matthews," 18 acres of "The Mount," and 133 acres of "Green's Inheritance," all of which were in her possession.
