Haynie, Bridgar, of St. Stephen's Parish

Daughter Ann Haynie-negro woman Miran.
Daughter Mary Haynie-negro woman Betty.
Daughter Sally Haynie-negro boy Billy.
Son Martin Haynie-the land that came by my father Bridgar Haynie.
Son Bridgar Haynie-the land I purchased of David Ball, and Elisha Betts.
Son Washington Haynie-negro boy Nod.
Son Hancock Haynie-negro boy Spencer.
If any of my children should die before they are of age or marriage, their part to be equally divided between. the rest of my children.
Land purchased of William Keene to be equally divided between sons Martin, and Bridgar Haynie, and they paying the other children sixty pounds to be equally divided between them.
Rest of my estate to be equally divided between my children then living.
Wife Sarah Haynie, and Charles Clark,executors.
