I, Cagey {Cagey) Latimer of CC, widow of Benjamin Latimer, late of CC, decd, for the natural love that I have for my children, James, Mary, grace, Clement Theobalds, and Stephen, give them, after my death, my thirds of the estate of the afd Benjamin Latimer, decd, to be divided among my sd children after my death, and after the youngest of them shall arrive at full age, in the following manner, to wit, to my son James, 1 horse, saddle & bridle of the value of 25 £, and the rest of the thirds afd to be equally divided among my other 4 children, Mary, Grace, Clement Theobalds, and Stephen, or the survivors of them, after my death, and after the youngest of them shall arrive at full age.
