      To grandson Thomas Spurier, 40 A., (unamed) adj. portion bequeathed son Joseph.
      To 5 sons, William, Edward, Thomas, John and Joseph, residue of lands, in all about 400 A. Son Joseph to have dwelling house and orchard. None of them to sell lands, excepting to each other.
      To wife Anne, use of plantation (unamed) during life, and entire
      personal estate absolutely.
