Mary Livers, June 17, 1794; June 13, 1796
I, Mary Livers of CC being in good health and of perfect understanding
To granddaughter Ann Prudence Thompson / exclusive of her husband James Thompson who shall have no power to give dispose of intermeddle with the same or any part hereof one negroe woman Sissely and one negro woman Betty and all and everything hereafter to be by me given or devised to my granddaughter to be no ways liable to her said husbands debts, disposal or encumbrances during her natural life and after her decease, the afsd negoes Sissely and Betty to be equally divided amongst the children. And if no heirs are alive at her decease, then to be equally divided between her two sisters Mary Aliana Wills and Elizabeth Brent Doyne Wills
To granddaughter Mary Aliana Wills, negroes, Rachel and Lewis, also one feather bed and furniture and to have her first choice, and also one cow and calf and have her first choice, and my chest of drawers.
To grandson Joseph Ignatius Wills, negro Alexious, also one feather bed and furniture and to have his second choice, and one cow and calf and to have his second choice, together with all my chattle that he has in his possession.
To grandson John Baptist Wills, negro Nan.
To granddaughter Elizabeth Brent Doyne Wills, negro, Cissely and one feather bed and furniture and to have her third choice.
To grandson William Livers Wills at 21yrs, negro Moses.
To grandsons Frederick Wills and Charles Wills at 21 yrs, negro boys Tom and Aaron equally divided.
To granddaughters Ann Prudence Thompson and Mary Aliana Wills, the remaining part of my estate after debts paid.
