wife Martha the plant. whereon I now live and the land belonging to it, that is all the land which I bought of Hannah PORT to be added thereto out of the land which I bought of Joseph MORTON near [Chonomun) Swamp also the land which I bought of John WELLS, at her death, land to go to son James, if he has no heirs, then to sons Elias and Morton; wife also to receive a tract of land bounded by the main road, the road leading to West. Co., and the lines formerly belonging to BRADLEY's and JEFFEREY's land containing 25 ac., after her death, land to go to daus. Marth[a] and Elizabeth Mountjoy (both are under 21); tract of land devised to me by my father in his will containing 250 ac. and adjoining the lands of William DIXON and Joseph BRUCE to go to son Elias; son William all land bought of Joseph MORTON, if he has no heirs, to go to son Morton; son Morton all land I bought of William CRASK, if he has no heirs, to go to son William; all part of lands formerly belonging to my two dec'd bros. Elias and John WILSON to my two daus. Martha and Elizabeth Mountjoy WILSON; fr. William JORDAN to be guardian to son William until he is 21;

crop tobacco; 200a, parcel in LP, it being the land James Willson gave to his daughters Martha and Elizabeth
Mountjoy Willson, beg. at a white oak corner to John Kelley, thence along the line to the line of Mrs. Martha Willson,
widow, thence along her line to the line of the land that James Willson gave to the said wife Martha Willson, thence
along the line of the main county road , thence up the main county road by the line of Thomas Bartlett, thence along
Bartlett's line to the line of Alexander Newman, thence along his line to a corner near the said Newman's gate,
thence the line of Henry Willson, dec., to beg. Signed Joseph Yeatman, Martha [her mark] Yeatman. Wits. Avery
