PGCo Sct, June 25, 1754; Thomas Riley, John Beall (son of Robert Beall) and James Frazer do confess judgment to George Proctor Richards for 2 pounds 10 shillings current money debt, two shillings and 6 pence cost which sum was recovered by him before Nathaniel Magruder on May 28th to be levied on your bodies goods or chattels lands or tenements for the use of the said George Proctor Richards in case Thomas Riley shall not pay and satisfy him the said debt and cost thereon February 10th next.
