At the request of Charles Beaven the following Deed was recorded April 2, 1765 Indenture made March 27, 1765; William Elder, farmer of Frederick County, Maryland in consideration of 5 shillingspaid by Charles Beaven has sold part of a tract called "Good Will" lying in PGCo and containing 100 acres. Beginning at a sassafras post where was lately proved a bounded beech where the second boundary formerly stood.
