Pages 377-380. Will of Samuel Love:
Sons: John Love and Charles Love to have water grist mill on Broad Run and 2 a. of land belonging to it, tenants in common.
Son: Charles all my land I now live on adj. to mill 240 a .... line of Henry Taylor .... to it intersects a line bounded of land I now live on purchased of Walter Taliaferro. Also to Charles a bond of William Augustine Washington for 500 lbs. payable to Augustine Love & by him assigned to me.
Son: John Love remainder of my land I live on not already sold or devised of 560 a.
Son: Augustine Love negroes Venses?, also Lidia, and Frank, dau. of Patte
Niece: Elizabeth Chinn 10 lbs. saddle and horse.
Niece: Jennitt Ewin Urquhart saddle & horse, also 10 lbs. yearly until she marries.
Sons: Remainder of estate be divided between John & Charles.

To son John 500 a. being residue of land I now live on, and only by this codicil to add 60 a. of land to that part given to son Charles and revoke so much and no more of my former gift to my son John.
To my niece Jennett Ewine Urquhart, who is now happily setted with her brother I do herely revoke my former bequest to her and in lieu I devise to her sum of 30 lbs. within term of 2 yrs. after my death.
To son Augustine I hereby revoke the gift to him of 10 barrels of corn during his life time, now only till term of 7 years only.
Wife: Sarah Love 2 cows & calves, 2 heifers out of my stock at Mattox.
