My well beloved wife whole executrix.
My personall estate equally betweene my two sons Ralph Blalgg and Thomas Blagg and my beloved wife Joane Blagg dureing her widowhood.
My wife shall enjoy the plantation that shee now lives on dureing her life.
In case my wife shall marry before my children come to age, my whole personall estate to bee divided equally, my wife to have her thirds.
In case any of my children should dye then the survivor to enjoy his part but in case they both should dye then to return to my well beloved wife.
My plantation at Motchotock betweene my two children.
Thomas Butler, Thomas Johnson, Thomas Terwhitt and John Stallker to bee feofees in trust to see my will performed.

Court and Mrs. Elizabeth Rosier beeing presented by the Churchwardens of Appomattox for not frequenting the meeteing at the heareing of Devine service as [are] released from their fines but to pay the Clerkes and Sheriff their fees for summons and order.
