      1. Mary Burgess --mother
      -whereas testator's father Dr. Richard Burgess died seized of a tract of land or parcel called "Westphalia" and by his will devised the same to testator with the condition that testator pay to his brother Richard 1/2 of the value of the land upon his coming of age testator devises the interest therein to the land for her natural life
      -to have all the rest of testator's estate including back rents that may be due testator -named executrix of the will

      -to have for her widowhood Negroes: -Davey" "Esther- Cloe Nell- -Mace" and "Hercules"
      -to have the mahogany chairs. round mahogany tea table. and I card table. now in testator's large room, desk, bookcase, clock, and a large mahogany dining table now in the parlor, 2 beds and film., and all table linen and kitchen furniture arid at her death or marriage to be divided among all of testator's children
      2. Judson Coolidge Burgess --son
      -to have the tract of land called "Westphalia" at widow's decease on the condition that he pay to testator's son Richard's 1/2 of the value of the lands when Richard comes of age
      3, Richard Burgess --son
      -to have 1/2 of the value of the land when he arrives at age 21 and after widow's decease.:
      -to have 1/2 of the said tract of land should Judson refuse to pay the value thereof
      -should widow elect to have her right of dower, then both sons to give proportionate share of the land
      -to have testator's watch
      -remainder of the estate to be divided among all of testator's children (unnamed)
      4. John Magruder Burgess --brother
      -named executor along w/ testator's widow
