Wife: Rebecca Watts. all of my real and personal estate during her life or widowhood. If she
dies or remarries. my estate is to be equally divided between my children, Kenelm Watts. Daniel Watts. Darby Watts and Ann Watts. My son. Kenelm Watts. has been gone for some time. If he does not come back or is never heard of. his part of my estate is to be divided by my other three children, except 10 pounds to my daughter, Elizabeth Lynch, and 55 pounds to the children which she shall have by Thomas Lynch equally divided between them and no more.
Daughter: Ann Watts. after the death of her mother, to be under the care and management of my sons, Daniel Watts and Darby Watts.
Sons: Daniel Watts and Darby Watts, are to under the guardianship of my wife. Rebecca Watts.
