      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I ROBERT MOSS of the County of Rappae., Planter, together with the consent of REBECCA my beloved Wife, for diverse good causes me thereunto mooving, as alsoe for the love and affection wee Beare unto LEOMIDON TUCKER of the abovesaid County, doe for us freely give and make over unto the said LEOMIDON TUCKER his heires and assignes forever One hundred acres of land being in the Parish of Sittingburne in the County aforesaid on South side of Rappae. River back in the woods on the SW branch of OCCUPACY CREEK beginning at a marked red Oak the corner tree of the land of ROBT. GAINES, and runing thence along the line of the land of THOMAS PARKER for length, a certaine proportional quantity of perches according to the dimension of land above specified thence the next Course into the land above specified, thence the next Course into the land of ROBERT MOSS accordiug to proportion parrellell with the first course back againe; to the line of the land of WILLIAM BATES and finally along the said line to the first mentioned station, we the said ROBERT and REBECCA MOSS doe warrant the said land unto LEOMIDON TUCKER his heires & assignes freely to hold said land without any money or anything to be paid unto us putting the said LEOMIDON TUCKER in present possession by livery of turffe and twigg and acknowledgment of this land in the County Court of Rappae: by ourselves or our known lawfull attorney In Witness whereof wee hereunto subscribe or: names & set our seales this 3 day of 7ber 1679

ROBINS of the same County one bay Mare about ten yeares old being slitely branded on the near buttock with three spotty and a small white stare in the forehead of the Mare warranting the said Mare with her future increase both male & female from me my heires & alsoe unto the abovesaid ALEX' ROBINS his hrs. & assignes forever In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this 29th day of July 1679

Daniel Tucker of St. Ann's Par., sells Cornelius Sale of the same Par., for 2200 lb. tobo., 100 acres in St, A. Par., on SW bank of Occupation Creek, adj. land of Robert Gaines, the land of Thomas Parker, the land of Robert Moss and the land of Will: Bates. This land formerly conveyed by Deed of Gift from Robert Moss and Rebeceah Moss, dated 2 September 1679 to Laomedon Tucker (sic, this name appears under various spellings) and from him devised to Daniel Tucker.
