General Samuel Jones, Will, December 11, 1803; January 24, 1804
I, Samuel Jones of CC;
To daughter Mary Mitchell, 500 pounds current money, a bed and furniture, a horse, 4 cows and 6 head of sheep.
To daughter Lilias McConchie Jones, all the rest of my estate. In case she should die before 16yrs, then my daughter Mary Mitchell shall have the sum of 2,000 pounds current money. Also in case Lilias dies before 16yrs, the residue of my estate after legacies pad, to be equally divided between my nieces Sarah Hanson and Elizabeth Sinnett and Nephew Samuel Jones.
