      Lancaster County Court 11th of July 1688
      MRS. MARAH KEARE, Wife of Mr. THOMAS KEARE, did at this Court appeare and voluntarily and freely without any constraints to acknowledge she did demise and release and quit claime unto GEORGE WALE his heires and assignes forever all her right title interest claim and demand whatsoever which she, the saide MARAH, her heires or assignes or any of them now have or at any tyme to come might have of in and unto a Plantacone with houses and Land formerly solde by the saide THOMAS KEARE and the saide MARAH by Deeds beareing date the twelfth day of September Ao. Dom; 1683 and acknowledged in this County Court the same day being then in the said MARAHs nonage
